Once an order has been finalized, we regret to inform you that we cannot guarantee its cancellation. Given the large number of orders we ship daily, we strive to pack and dispatch all orders as swiftly as possible. However, you are more than welcome to return your order after it has been delivered.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Mistakes can occur, and if you receive an incorrect item or size, please email us as soon as possible with a photo of the item you received along with your order number. We will provide you with a return label, and once we confirm that the item has been shipped back to us, we will send you the correct item. Unfortunately, due to previous instances where we did not receive merchandise from past customers, this policy is strictly enforced, even in cases of our error.

We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

Yes, we offer full and partial refunds.
We do not offer refunds / exchanges on any products that are final sale.

We have a standard return shipping fee of $6. Upon processing your return, we will create a shipping label, and the $6 fee will be subtracted from your refund.

At this time, any items that are on sale (note: in the description it will say final sale), we can not offer any refunds or exchanges.
