Domestic Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return:

  1. Click the account icon next to the shopping cart on our website.

  2. Log in using your email.

  3. Select the order you'd like to return in our self-return portal.

Once your return request is approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label along with detailed instructions. Please do not send items back without authorization—unauthorized returns will not be accepted, and we are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

A flat return shipping fee of $6 will be deducted from your refund once your return is received and processed.

Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days of receiving your return. Please allow additional time for weekends, holidays, and bank processing.

Please note: FINAL SALE items cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, we are unable to modify or cancel it. We also cannot update shipping addresses after an order is submitted. Please double-check your details carefully before completing your purchase.

Highly Praise is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Refunds cannot be issued in these cases.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, email us immediately at info@highlypraise.com so we can resolve the issue.

IMPORTANT: Even if we shipped an incorrect item, a replacement will not be sent until return tracking shows the wrong item is in transit.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items with tag(s) removed
  • Final sale items

  • All sale items (not just final sale)

  • Gift cards

  • Any items not described at the return portal as faulty

Holiday Return Policy

Orders placed between November 1st and December 25th are eligible for return beyond the standard 30-day window, as long as the return is received by January 8th.


Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return the original and place a new order for the item you want. This ensures the fastest service.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
